You’ll then meet with Charles in person at the office, where you’ll check out available homes on his MLS system, go over the pre-approval process (since he’s also a loan officer!), and review the paperwork to get started.
He’ll also walk you through a full buyer presentation, so you’ll know exactly what to expect at every step of the way!
You and Charles will hit the road to check out homes you’re interested in! He’ll tour them with you, join you at open houses, and help you see each home strategically—pointing out the good, the bad, and the ugly so you can make the best decision.
Once you find a home you love, Charles will put together a detailed market report to show its true value. From there, you’ll discuss an offer based on the report and your level of interest in making it your new home!
Once your offer is accepted, you’ll go over the next steps, including the home inspection.
After the inspection, you’ll review the contract with your attorney. Once you sign, we’ll work together to get all the necessary documents for your bank to secure your mortgage—leading to the moment you’ve been waiting for: “Clear to Close!” Then, we’ll set a date to hand you the keys to your new home!
